Payment
We accept most major credit cards. If for some reason we are unable to successfully process your payment information, we will contact you.
Delivery
We make every effort to process your order quickly, but please allow 2-3 business days. it’s usually faster than that, but not always. After credit approval and shipment, delivery can take 7-10 business days (“business days” exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays).
Sorry, we are unable to ship to a PO Box address.
Out of Stock Items
Though we strive to keep all products in stock, we may occasionally sell out of a given item. If an item you have ordered is not in inventory for immediate shipment, we will contact you right away to discuss how to best handle your order.
Shipping and Processing Charges
Standard shipping may be done through a major ground carrier – most likely FedEx. Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery within the continental United States can take 7-10 business days.
Shipping and processing charges are based on the item size, weight, delivery destination, and other factors. We do our best to provide you with accurate shipping and delivery times on all our products, but please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Orders for shipment outside the US will be billed in US dollars and must be paid in US dollars: foreign transaction fees or currency exchanged fees are additional. Estimated proce does not include customs charges, duties, dock fees, brokerage fees, or any other internationally related charges. When you place an international order you will select your preferred shipping method. Our team will review your order manually after order completion and contact you if there are any questions. All international sales are final.
EnviroYard is not available for international shipment or to states where phosphorous is restricted (FL, IL, MD, ME, MI, MN, NH, NJ, JY, VA, WA, and WI)
Sales Tax
Nevada Sales Tax will be added to shipments within Nevada.
Cancellations and Changes
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact Customer Service immediately at 702-631-9273. Orders ship within 2-3 business days, often sooner, and we cannot alter shipments which have already left our warehouse. Therefore, cancellations are not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation email from us. Payment for orders which are successfully canceled will, of course, be refunded in full.
If we are unable to process payment, are given an invalid ship-to address, or receive apparent duplicate orders we will contact you. If we are unable to reach you we will cancel your order and refund your payment.
Damaged Merchandise
We carefully pack items to safely arrive at your door. However, damage sometimes occurs. If you receive damaged merchandise, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it as quickly as possible. Please keep all packing boxes and materials. Call Technical Support at 702-631-9273 or write to info@yardfeeder.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization prior to returning any product.
