Refunds & Returns Policy

New, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, minus original shipping charges. Refunds are applied to the credit or debit card used for the original purchase and are issued upon receipt of the product in our warehouse. There is no restocking fee and no prior authorization is necessary.

Opened products are not returnable unless received in defective or damaged condition. To return a defective or damaged product, contact Technical Support at within 7 days of receiving the item for a Return Merchandise Authorization. We require a copy of the original sales receipt, receipt for shipping the return to us, a description of the problem, a prepaid return shipping label, and a Return Merchandise Authorization. When your item has been received at our warehouse and inspected for the problem described in the Return Merchandise Authorization, we will send you a replacement product.

Used products are not returnable except under warranty conditions. See the Limited Two-Year Warranty for further details.

A full refund – including original and return shipping – will be issued for defective, damaged, or incorrect products if we are notified within 7 days of you receiving the order. You will need to ship the defective, damaged or incorrect product back to our warehouse, but we will refund that shipping charge if you supply us with a receipt. The refund will be issued to the credit or debit card used for the original purchase when the returned product is received in our warehouse.

If we determine the product is not defective or covered by warranty, we will notify you and give you the option of having the item returned to you at your expense, or disposed of. If we are unable to contact you within 7 days to return or dispose of the non-defective item, it will be considered abandoned and we will dispose of it.

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your return from the time it reaches our warehouse. It may also take your credit card company up to 30 days to apply your credit. If you received a discount for ordering multiple items, returning one or more of those items may void that discount. Replacement items will not be shipped to you until the original faulty product is returned to and received in our warehouse.

In all cases, return shipping to our warehouse is the responsibility of the purchaser. We cannot assume liability or responsibility for lost or damaged return packages that you ship back to us.

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization, available by contacting Technical Support at, or by calling 702-631-9273. Products returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization may not be refunded.
